Your first visit: Your Diagnosis
Before your care starts, we offer you the following service:

• A clinical exam of teeth and gums
• An OPG x-ray exam of all your teeth, jaws, gums and filings
• A consultation regarding your diagnosis and treatment
• A hygienist appointment to clean your teeth.

After this full clinical and radiographic diagnosis, clean and consultation about your treatment alternatives, we then arrange your further treatment appointments.

Subsequent Visits: Your treatment starts:
A written estimate will be made before starting your crown, cosmetic care, bridgework, implants, gum treatments or dentures. You can choose to complete your care in one go, or in steps, according to your budget. Payment is requested in full by cash or credit card on the day of treatment. Please give at least three working days notice if you have to cancel your appointment reservation.
Maintenance and Insurance
The best insurance for protecting your valuable investment is regular, gentle cleaning and check-ups. Always remember to change your toothbrush each and every month.
